Original Degree & Transcripts: Must be previously attested by HEC and MOFA.
University Verification Fee: Proof of payment (bank challan/receipt) for the fee paid to the university, which the Saudi Culture Mission will use for verification.
Passport & CNIC: Clear copies of the applicant’s passport and Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
Attested Job Offer Letter: A copy of the job offer letter must be attested by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and MOFA.
University Letter: A regular student letter from the university.
Marriage Certificate: Required for married women to resolve potential name discrepancies between documents.
Name Consistency: The name on the degree, transcript, CNIC, and passport must match exactly.
Master’s Degree Rule: If attesting a Master’s degree, the Bachelor’s degree must also be submitted for verification.

Step 4: Final attestation through Mosadaqa, a new e-attestation process launched by the Saudi government. Note that the Saudi Embassy no longer attests degrees directly.

Step 2: Attestation by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
Step 3: Attestation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
